Want to learn an instrument but unsure of where to start? At SNMS we have devised a course which will give you the core foundations to learning an instrument! Once students have a good understanding of music we can then introduce an instrument! By separating the rhythm, notation and listening skills before starting an instrument, our students can really grasp the techniques and understanding. Once they pick up an instrument, they can feel confident enough to pick up the instrument without hesitation.

We are well versed in music theory exams! Following the ABRSM syllabus, we currently have a spectacular distinction rate of 90% in grades 1 – 5. This means we really know our stuff and so do our students!
