Often referred to as the king of the orchestra, the question is not why would you learn the violin, but why WOULDN’T you want to learn the violin? Although it’s an instrument, the violin has the ability to sing and convey emotion like no other.

Did you know, the violin is one of the best instruments to enhance ear training? This is the process of connecting music theory with the sounds the musician can hear. Ear training is compulsory to be able to master this beautiful instrument.

From playing as a session musician to studying under the award winning Professor Hu Kun in London, our violin tutors Nikolas and Irina are exceptionally trained musicians. Here we start lessons with students from as young as 4 years old. While the brain is like a sponge, we have the ability to mould our students' understanding of music, and ensure they have the ear training necessary to build a solid foundation.

Together with ear training and the strong foundation we build through our theory & rhythm classes; we provide a great platform to launch our musicians to amazing heights of success.

There is much technique involved in violin: position, posture, ear training, bowing technique etc. We ensure our lessons are exciting and interesting for our students, whilst equipping them with the knowledge they need to be outstanding violinists!
